Fresh handmade mochi every day — wholesale supply for cafés, restaurants and shops

Mochi (餅) is a traditional Japanese food made from glutinous mochigome rice, which is steamed and then pounded for a long time into an elastic dough. Today it’s mostly seen as a dessert, but originally mochi had ritual significance. Its history spans more than 2,000 years. In ancient times, mochi was used in Shinto ceremonies as an offering to the gods and a symbol of life energy. During the Heian period it became part of court culture and was associated with good fortune and longevity; later, samurai valued it for its high nutritional value. In the Edo period, mochi became accessible to all classes. Many varieties and fillings appeared, and the New Year mochitsuki tradition took shape. Today, mochi is enjoyed worldwide and continues to symbolize happiness, abundance, and well-being.

We craft our mochi using natural ingredients, creamy ice cream fillings, and authentic Japanese techniques. Every bite is soft, fresh, and perfectly balanced — a dessert you’ll fall in love with.
